Folies was established in 1991 by Mr.Eric J D Cornille, former executive of Oriental Hotel and Dusit Thani Group, producing French pastry in its retail shops in early years.
With GMP, HACCP and FDA Standard recommend international code of practice general principles of Food as well as ISO 9001:2000, Folies increase its production capacity in parallel with maintains its commitment to high quality products developing new frozen European gastronomic industry until consolidating the current frozen bakery segment market. It continues to build a legacy rich in innovative products that meet the changing needs of our consumers such as provide tailor-made solutions to their requirements for export and domestic market.
